Peggy Noonan has written a great article that says what many of us have been thinking, and says it well. Click here to read.
Among our guests today was Maria Perry. She is a Kansas City singer who might make it big with your help. She is one of the "Sweet Sixteen" Popsearch singers in the Boston Pops' American Idol-style competition. You can vote for her at The Boston Pops' website. Here is her audition video: We spoke today with Mary Jo Burton, Communications Director from North Kansas City Schools, and Pastor Dave Schamuel of Towerview Baptist Church about the tragic death of fourth grader Christopher Dill. The Maplewood Elementary PTA will be taking donations in order to help Christopher's family pay for funeral expenses. You can help by dropping off or sending contributions to the Community America Credit Union (inside Festival Foods at 4357 N.E. Chouteau Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64117). Please make donations payable to The Christopher Fund, c/0 Maplewood PTA Labels: guests Previous Posts
